My short position is based on my assumption that in the long term, the market for compressed salad patties is somewhat limited. The company is not a scam, but it is somewhat mismanaged. The insane advertising budget relative to gross revenues...and the fact that they would go as far as issue press releases about their ads on the final episode of Seinfeld should give you a clue that consumers are not exactly busting their doors down. I mainatina my strong sell/short sell recommendation with a price target in the single digits.
