***EXPO NEWS*** I'm going to make this short and sweet,I hate to type. I talked to Roger for 45 min. Jimmy was out in meetings up and down the east coast. THe delay in the filing was only due to the fact that the lawyers and accountants needed to get the facts and figures straight when Jimmy and his other company,( I forget the name D...something),came together to form DGIV.The problem they are trying to solve was back in 96'-97' and has nothing to do with present day.They need this to be accurate for Nasdaq and the SEC. If the only reason you sold your stock was due to the delay in filing you made a big mistake Russia...still there ---agreements in place, have to wait for Russia to get their poop together and for the dust to settle. All other agreements,contracts,gateways etc. are in the works, working, or more deals to be done. Roger stated that everyone at DGIV was not happy with the price of the stock and this will change sooner than later. One reason it will go up is the fact that everyone who panicked and sold ,are gone and there should be more reasons to buy ,than sell in the future. gotta go ..IMHO everything should be fine. cubby
