Heard this on TV 15 minutes ago

The DH is in the next room watching TV, and I'm sitting in the office
trying to do some marking. I overheard the following tiny news item.

A flight from <somewhere in the US> was delayed for about 4 hours today when the pilot refused to take off due to "bugs" on the aircraft.

Apparantly, they discovered that the galley was overrun with
cockroaches. The passengers were re-assigned to a different plane.

The guy on the news actually said "And you thought Y2k bugs on airplanes were a problem! Hahahahaha."

--
Jo Anne, who'd rather have the cockroaches, thankyouverymuch
