There is no way any one person sold a million shares at an average of $2.30, no way, no how.

For it to have occurred, only three days were eligible. Mon, Tues, Wed(17th, 18th, and 19th of Nov 1997)
Monday, when the stock closed at 2+, can be ignored cause that was almost all buying or the stock would never have gone to 2+
Of the 1.6 MM volume on Tuesday, peak day, selling was far less than half of that 1.6 MM volume as well. Why? 'Cause the stock rose to 2.65 and held at 2.30. The day after, Wednesday, the volume was 1.1 MM, and also needed some.buying or the stock would have been hammered even more.

So, of the 4 MM shares traded those three days, well over half were buys. So, well under 2mm shares were sold. And I am not even taking into account MM games, here. Now, are we to assume that 1 person represented the majority of the selling at an average of 2.30? No friggin way.

TG wondering why I'm even wasting time responding to a lunatic claim of 1mm sold at an average of $2.30.

Dave...

If he did have that many shares, and he sold....then why would he even be tiedup in "arbitration"....he's not a shareholder.. In fact, if it was me, and I made that much Buckeroonies off of a stock.....Trust me, you best believe that I would not be lurking or posting on a site. I've been there before....There have been some pennies that I made good $$ on, including TRG before it went bellyup.....When I was looking at a 4-5 bagger, do you really think after I cashed out, I stuck around and kept reading what happened to the co.???? Not on your life....When I saw what happened, I thanked my lucky stars for having a gut feeling that was crying "red flags" and walked away with quite a good profit. I never had the urge to go back and tell posters, who thought things would work out well that the co. was this or that....Know why? Because it didn't pertain to me anymore. And that is what the usual scenario looks like. Folks, how many of you made a great profit, and came back and continued to come back over and over day in and day out....just to be nice????? Truthfully...come on now....Especially, would you pay $125 (I think it's more now)....just to be the nice guy and warn everyone???? I don't think so.....

PS: Everyone....before you ask.....I am not getting paid for posting, I have no friends or relatives in the co., I do not rent their rooms, apts. or mailboxes for that matter. I have no personal interest in any of the individuals related to the co, or its PR dept.....Guess I better state that....And if anyone cares to do some DD on me....Have a Great Big Boring Time of it...It Would Truly Serve You Right! Let me make it easier....The name that I use and that people call me is my real name...so is my age, sex, religious preferences, occupation and state!!!! ENJOY!
