Here's a link to an article from the CDWI thread. Please note that I am not providing it to take you away from TSIG and into CDWI; rather, I give it because it has interesting things to say about the business model of Amazon.com (unsustainably high expense structure, especially marketing). We can infer that this applies to CDNW, NTKI, and other retail sites with huge marketing expenses as well.
