That appears to be powerful press release. Credibility has been give to the Tempest with distribution and cash flow resulting. And, if its good enough for P&T, it should be good enough for other resellers and buyers. Therefore more cash flow. Repeat the above...... Regarding the conversion of shares, Tom, I have tried to apply my reason to the time frame involved but the activity sure doesn't agree with what I thought would happen!! ;( I felt, as did others, that when the price level was reached which would allow for conversion at $1.00, the conversions would occur. Why would those shareholders not convert and run the risk of the price starting to move up? The downward pressure would let up since the fundamentals (at least from our perspectives) were strong enough to attract buying when there wasn't the deliberate selling pressure to get the average price to 1.25. What I can't understand is where the selling is coming from that has caused this price movement to .70? Who is selling and why? It seems obvious cash will be generated in increasing amounts month after month after month after....with the share price moving up to reflect this. I would sure like to get a reasonable thought on who is selling in volume large enough to keep the stock at this low a level. In summary, Tom, I must defer to others to explain why FTEL didn't bottom at a dollar. And to repeat, I sure like the reading of that news release. I phoned Eileen Rouse in Raleigh N.C. but got only the answering machine. Peter Buswell was at a meeting in WLV so I wasn't able to get an answer to a curiosity re: this contract. Hope the more informed can help. Will FTEL be generating revenue from minutes used on the sales by P&T (I expect so) and what would reasonable projections be? Darrel Orpen
