Jim writes that Helen West writes:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

"what's this business about a reverse split? This has not been discussed or considered AT ALL here at Franklin. I can say that without reservation"

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Good to know... interesting though... if Helen is reading the SI thread and making commentary on select items like reverse splits... maybe she can tell us the following:

Number of outstanding shares currently in FTEL?

Why there is a delay in the financial report that was supposed to be released the third week of September?

When will it be released?

Who does investor relations for FNET? And if it is Helen West..

What is the profit margin on calls from Guatemala, Bosnia and the UK.?

When will the FNET web site be completed?

When will anyone from FNET management speak and update us what is going on their end?

How much financing is Franklin seeking for FNET and in what form?

If Helen West can concern herself with answering questions about reverse splits, surely, she can answer questions about these items.

Thank you.
