I've pretty well figured that knowing the exact number isn't too important. You can't know for sure when insiders will sell anyway. There are a lot of shares coming available and this is the season to make hay with them for the insiders. If they are as astute with timing their sales as the folks at Excite, they will sell them soon. Excite insiders sold last year around this time when the stock was at a six month high. They recently registered a similar number of shares as last year - so my guess is that the "word" among inet insiders is that this will be a good time to sell. Whatever. The main thing I watch is the TA and the short-selling activity. If insiders want to hold onto this stock until it drops to 10, then that's their mistake.
