Oh I think he will lower but I don't think it will help. All they are trying to do is get more liquidity. I think they are scared to death that this thing is going to melt down. I think the market has already factored in the cut and something else will have to take it higher from here.

I have to say this though . . the internals are better now than they were 7/17/98.

tippet, heres a funny one.

Kinda like letting the fox in the hen house. How much of that Goldman Sachs IPO are you going to buy? No wonder they want to put it off. <g>
