Mike, I think you are right and then some. The float on Anything Internet will be much, much smaller......as the principals of Anything will hold 1 million of the 3 million total.....BANY will hold 800,000...(after the dividend of 1 to 40)....and I believe 500,000 will be sold to MMs at a slight discount in order to start an orderly market. This leave only about 400k or 500k for IPO placement.....that may or may not have already taken place. I don't know if you can call Sitra and reserve IPO shares at $5.00 or not. I think they may go to or have gone to brokers who have shown interest. I just don't know. Just speculating, however.....If Anything Internet does double it's first day......the dividend value would be 50% of today's closing price of BANY.......Plus BANY's 800k of Anything Internet would be worth $8 million.....or $1.00 per BANY share. BANY longs really need to go and check out the Anything Internet site.....check the prices...buy something.....kick the tires. This is what DD is all about. There are lots of numbers and projections and comparissons that can be made.....And I believe Sitra is trying to have the top guy at Anything Internet be a guest on the BANY conference call in late October. Lots of good information for those who can listen in on the CC. I hope they will be able to get the new stock going in November rather than December.......but I know they want to bring it out right. And Doublecase is now on the Dell Federal and Dell retail website.....it should be noted...... When the numbers come out....this stock is gone...IMO. bg
