Eddie -
This product hits in the middle of the CPQ server range, where CPQ has several products. This product is a little high priced against some similar CPQ products. Dell has a simple server strategy - a low end model, a midrange, and a high-end. It's an easy story for the average customer to understand. Sophisticated corporate customers may want something that specifically meets their needs for small form factor (like CPQ's 3U rackmount products), expandability, all-in-one capability, etc. Dell is less likely to appeal to those customers.

I don't think this will change anything for CPQ.
