Hey ken, if you read my posts to Berblady, you would see that my inclusion in a conversation was irrelevant. It was Lawsys' telling shareholders that I wasn't included in because legal advice was not considered necessary. That was not the reason. Therefore, if shareholders believed that the phone conf. was designed to bring back an objective report, it actually did not do that, because nobody with a contrarian view was invited to the conference call. And backpeddling? First, I did not issue a challenge, he did. What do you do, read a few posts and jump to conclusions? My advice to you is read everything before you look ignorant. And what difference does it make how much is invested? Give me a break. Do you know anything about business? The consideration paid is determined by the value of the amount guaranteed. Don't worry, I am taking a long break. I understand your desire for more informative posts, I guess like your encyclopedic-like analysis of tcln.
