Low float - under 3 million shares and dropping due to company buyback currently underway per news releases. Book value per share - $5.00 based upon recent conference call. Audit in progress by Price Waterhouse-Coopers, 10Q filing pending. Audit in progress on all oil reserves of sibsidiary, book value to be audited by October. Audit of financials, including consolidated statements by the end of the year. Audited financials for the end of the year (Dec. 98). Estimated EPS for the calendar year ending Dec - $1.25 per share fully diluted per recent conference call. Current price - $.625, 52 week high $5.625, dropped due to concerns in Russia and general market decline. The company is not affected by Russia economy in general and has other interests in Azerbaijan, Kasastan (sp) and other CIS states, and Russia. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
