This stock is one of those unexciting issues that draws little attention from investors. I have read some favorable reviews of the proposed DST/USCS merger. I am thinking of adding some shares of USCS at current levels. It has been trading at a discount to it's take over value. Merrill has a twelve month target on DST of $80.00. That would be a healthy return for those of us who bought USCS below $20.00. AS to the allegations of insider trading before the takeover was announced, these things usually have no or little effect on the shares or the deal itself. MacLean
