More bad news for Amazon, just released 20 minutes ago: biz.yahoo.com turns out that bertlesman isn't going to team up with Amazon after all- they are going to come to the US market as a COMPETITOR. Doh! lesse.. Japan market down 3.2 percent right now after 15 minutes of trading.. Anyone here think Amazon is going to gap up tomorrow? ;) BTW- I've fully checked and Amazon is not at 111 after hours. It is at 101 7/8 or 102 afterhours depending on which brokerage I called. Just a bunch of kids on the Yahoo message board doing their thing..

If i was to go long and hold one of these internet stocks i'd pick Yhoo for now. i'm watching her tomorrow. Hell Glen i bought it on 9/3 in fact i think it was the same day william an you bought her. I wonder if william sold today? Making a new high in here was the furthest notion from my mind. I sold it at 119+ this morning. Hell i remember first buying it this yr. in the 60s presplit -- just danm amazing. Mark, I would agree on the YHOO. I did write covered calls on the AOL so may leave it until those expire. Glenn
