Twenty percent conversions could start in March 1998. By now all shares may or may not be converted. The problem with buying as many shares as possible by Jan 99 is that Frank is due for 1.4M shares of common on the 5th. The last time he converted 1.3M of options (Oct 98), his holdings were actually down over the period. He isn't done.
