Well Beebs, I think that if you just follow Sew, the trend will be with you. Has Sew been wrong? Not that I have seen. I sold my puts today, but that is clearly an error. But I made money, and cannot complain. I said yesterday I thought the mkt was weak, and it is. The SPX and Nasdaq kissed their 200 DMA only to retreat. Well, I still think Favors has called it right on the big turns. For day trading, he stinks. But for the trend, well, he calls the big directions. Look, like you, I am an amateur. But I've made 130 percent this year, and would have made more if I had not listened to my fomer broker. Brokers suck. Small caps stocks suck. The people on this thread are where it's at. Professor, pundits, smart guys/gals, hedge funds, it's all bullshit. Read Favors, read Sew, (and you should read Mamet) and profit. QED

Beebs: just took in some Dell at the open. I'm betting the M closes flat on the day. Best wishes!

Beebs: Just booked 1 1/8 on my daytrade of Dell. Off for my piano lesson. Wish I had held my puts, but the Dell trade makes me feel fine. Good luck to you on the day.
