david cg., Since you are a shareholder I thought I might offer this so you will be a happier shareholder.I spoke with tom russel yesterday and since you cant get responses from the company (which I find offensive since you are a valued shareholder),all is well and the legal documents will be filled on time. Toms' timeline was delayed a bit and his explanation was quite reasonable.Ftels work is completed and now they await a few details.no problem. I also believe that the stock is going down can now be explained beautifully by a previous post about margin calls and this being sold for cash. Also everytime the company comes out with good announcements like todays and the wonderful pres. update certain people look at the glass as empty and not full and vent. I know that as a long and ftel bull you would not fall in to this category but are just frustrated as most of us are.But try to hold on the dawn will break to a wonderful sunrise even though we all are experiencing our own "GEORGE" right now. regards and may you prosper
