Bill: My stuff has not transitioned from a BEAR RALLY and I will stick with it until it does. However, my technicals moved my equities portfolio to cash above 9K, so I have a buffer! Of course, I could be leaving some money on the table, but I always favor preservation of capital! Mean time, I will day trade with a percentage!

I described my cycle indicators to you in a previous post. They have been very good to me for over ten years. I will trust them one more time!

If this rally is the transition back to the bull, my indicators will get me back in soon enough!

Good investing and trading...

Bill I don't think it is safe to BTD- (except in stocks with great pe's that are not likely to be overly crushed- not many of those around) until the bear flag on the DJ is either broken to the downside significantly - 7800 would be within the flag so a move significantly below that would probably mean a break to the downside while a move above 8200 would break it to the upside.

UP, still UP

Bill, if it weren't for you I'd be hiding under my bed all the time. Thanks for trying to pull us bears back from the edge. You see a stairway climbing to heaven. I see only an abyss. I fear I may have become infected by virulent millennialism (a disease likely to be epidemic next year!). Thanks for your clear-eyed view (though, I can't agree). Kip
