The press release said that David Southwell's sale was related to his divorce and occurred at the request of his wife. SEPR insiders have been remarkably tight with their shares. This is the first sale of any size I have seen for years.

Yeah, I wonder what his ex is thinking about the whole thing right around now.

He only joined SEPR a couple of years ago --- and already his options are worth $8 mm. There must be a lot of "stock option millionaires" walking around that joint right now.

Hey, maybe I can get a job there as an Assistant Sanitation Engineer (aka janitor) and scarf up some o' them options myself!
