Dear Ariella, we are not on opposite sides regarding ECILF. We differ because I recommended an article and you wrote something like "don't believe all you read ..." You now say you haven't read the article and yet you have read many like it. How do you know?

Again I ask you very specifically... what is misstated in THIS article?

I also own CHKPF and read Globes but all those things are not relevant to what we are talking about. I recommended an article that I thought anyone interested in ECILF would find useful. You say something is wrong with it, without having read it(!). All the other platitudes are besides the point.

I still think it has more to do with their size. . .

Last September, Israeli stocks were flying high. You could have even concluded then that they had a premium in the market. The only thing different at that point was that the small hi-techs were doing well.

I think your TCNOF is a good decision.
