A.J.- There is a great chance for there to be a closing on financing, as the capital needed for KRT's next stage is not that intensive. Don't give up hope on a company that is trying to raise capital in tough times. If you disagree with the fundamentals i understand, but don't kick them when they are down as the market has done a good enough job at that. I have an Idea, why dont you call Mr. Stone and swing a deal for the shares of PAR at -say- .50 personally. They will probably go for it, and all you'll have to pay is $243 500.00 . Then you can flip them in a week if PAR's shares hit -say- .51 You will turn a tidy profit of $4 870.00 Its that easy! :-)))) And such low risk too!
