LOL Jane... did the Rocketeers send you? <g>

Don't know Ira (though he accused me of being a few different people). If you trust Ira's opinion... well, have I got a six-cent stock for you.

Never worked for, with, or in competition with FAMH. I've never been to New York except for two reasons -- to change planes on one trip and trains on another. Never even breathed the air outside...

What I do for a living is hard to explain, but I guess you could call me a writer/editor for the most part. Doesn't involve business writing or the market at all.

I merely took what Ira was doing (lying through his teeth) and extrapolated the company's fortunes from there. Ira's earnings reports were unbelievable, both because of the insane margins they assumed and how neatly consistent they appeared to be from quarter to quarter.

For the third quarter of 1997, Ira put out a release saying that the company earned .06 EPS, or $1.3 million in profit on $1.7 million in revenue, which is a net margin of 74 percent.

I don't need an advanced degree to know that's ridiculous. Some people with accounting backgrounds questioned it... but I bought the stock anyway....sounded great! When I woke up... it didn't make sense to me. And so the quest for the real numbers began.

Add that to the fact that every week the financials were put back for some odd reason or another...
