And then I'll drive off in my italian sports car purchased by shorting his stock until it declared bankruptcy and was taken over by their junk bond holders and subsequently sold for scrap, thus resulting in a zero tax "short to non existence" event for my unbelievably profitable short position. :) Yes, I would say that would be a fun experience.
