Well said Mike. IFCI is up almost 30 % in the last week and APCO is set to go. I think that the market has assumed that the fed will lower interest rates next week. If that's not the case, then we'll adjust accordingly, but assuming that rates are cut next Tues. ........ BTW, IFCI is benefitting from telco strikes settling. Very interesting development since these strikes had no real effect on IFCI's bottom line.....its that perception thing. Sergio
