Hello Ronald...

Re: Dark Star....

On page 4 of the Exploration Mirandor 1997 Annual Report, it states that "Mirandor owns 41% of Dark Star"....

On page 16 of that same Annual Report, we are informed that the Corporation has..."a 80% interest in Dark Star"...

The "location map" on page 8 of that same Annual Report lists Dark Star as containing 100,000 oz...

So, do we own 20% of that 100,000 oz, 41% of that 100,000 oz or, do we own 80% of that 100,000 oz...

Perhaps they'll let us all know ASAP just how much of the Dark Star they actually do own...

As a matter of interest the Dark Star property is apparently on the property owned by Royal Standard Minerals Inc...Symbol RSM...and trades on the MSE (as does MIQ)...RSM closed yesterday (Sept 24) at 17 cents...

I have a downloaded copy of the RSM 1997 Annual Report...From what I have read of it so far, I am unable to find any reference to MIQ... I'll post further details once I complete reading this report...

Regards....Ray
