When he called DCGR in June, a "Dicey penny company"- that was dd enough for me. btw I lost 3k on RNTK. TM as opposed to Mike Irving, has helped more times than the once burnt. I never got mad here at MI, but once, but by then many were forming a later aborted class action suit against him. It was my lesson, maybe for DCGR.

DCGR was/IS a BIG loser, and I lost money on it. Not very much, though as I knew it was very speculative. As I recall though, he said to dump it a while before the reverse split.
