Perky, Why would a "mad dwarf" choose the name "Perky?":o).......the answer to your question is that Monica's friend described her as having a warm, bright, somewhat charismatic personality. That might explain why the leader of the free world threw caution to the wind under the spell of her charms. Then again, it might just mean she was the only female intern at the White House who ever had the audacity and abysmal poor taste to attempt to seduce the Pres. of the USA. Ann
