A 10 year old's report on the iMac

>The iMac is a fascinating computer, with its breathtaking design and with it's bright blue and white colours it's probably Apple's greatest success yet. Me, being a ten year old probably makes you think that I like it because of its colour, but that's not why I like it, I like it because it's fast, reliable, compact and so simple a five year old could use it. But how different is it? Very different!!!!!<

"Before, no one requested Apple][ to Mac data conversion.
Now, we got four in the past two weeks."

For those of you interested in some history, check out <www.emulation.net>. There you'll find an Apple //e emulator which will run on your Macs. There are also pointers to a variety of sites with disk images of Apple II software -- including Castle Wolfenstein, the original AppleWorks, the incredible 3D game Steller 7, AppleSoft Basic, and more.

Great eats last night. The best pastrami in New York, and cold draft Guinness. But as usual, the Soup was one of the better items on the menu.
