Poor Henry Hyde has to decide whether Being A National Embarrassment ranks as a high crime or a misdemeanor.

He must think it isn't, as being a national embarrassment didn't seem to slow him down in the Nixon Impeachment. And he is after all still there.

When this whole thing started, I remembered the famous marijuana response and predicted a day when he would say "yes, I did it... but I didn't come". Got a good laugh when it actually turned out that way.

Henry Hyde is a National Embarrasment. I saw the husband of the woman Hyde had the affair with on a talk show and he started to cry when he talked about the affair. He said Hyde just wouldn't go away. It was not a youthful fling. It lasted 10 years and hurt two people. Hydes wife and the womans' husband.
