Steve, You are so quick to run away. You are lucky to not have much previous experience with class action situations. I am coming off of the DIGL situation a few months ago which was much worse than the ALA situation. If you want to see the hordes of lawyers descending then check that one out. I honestly don't begrudge you posting all that comes across the wire. I just have some raw nerves. I also think it is useful to not only post the news but to talk about it and that is what I try to do. I do find your comment about the class action suits and the reluctance of fund managers to hold this security because of end of the month window dressing interesting, if not a bit of a stretch.
