I have been working 7 days a week and haven't had the time to call him lately. Hope to get a break in the next few weeks. I would like to know if the audit is moving forward and how long before we see some financials. May add to my position shortly if I had any inclination as to what is going on with this company.May try to call next week if I can get a spare moment and ask some of the questions we would all like to know. Called Gene today and had a long talk with him. I got off the phone feeling at least they are trying to make headway in getting there products known. To answer a few questions that posters had: They currently have a trade show booth at the McCormick Convention center in Chicago where the response has been outstanding evidenced by the numbers of people at their booth. This is the last day of the show. I believe it is called the Imtech Marine trade Show. They have a new marine product line that they are showcasing and should start to see products on shelves witin 2mo. The auditing company they are using is Edelmont & Calasia(something like that)located in Fairlawn, NJ. Should become fully reporting within 6mo. He stated that profit may suffer this year mainly do to the software division eating up money that would have gone to promoting their automotive line. He is very optomistic about 99 stating that he convinced his son to come with the company and is working in product development. Gene has not drawn a salary in 3 years and would not have hung around under those conditions if he did not think he could grow this company. I hope this answers a few questions for those of you who want to know. DAVID
