Hello! Loren S., I had a telephone conversation with Mr. Tilton to-day! I asked a number of questions! I also was fully prepared not to expect to receive any information that has not been made public to this point in time! With that in mind I will attempt to express my feelings/opinions and perception from the discussion. Also keep in mind that my opinions are from a TNRG Shareholders point of view so it is most likely slanted towards a positive focus/framework! Here it goes! And remember just my own opinion from a very general discussion. I am not expecting to see the audited financials from all the businesses completed and presented until at least the end of October! Why? It doesn't appear that the Audit will be completed on the Shopping Mall until the end of October! So! In my estimation it would be unrealistic to expect that anything would be announced until the audits are completed for the entire operations! JMO! The impression I got was that the Shopping Mall Deal is completed( excluding the audit!)--How is the financing being done! My hunch is that the revenues from the Mall will make the mortgage payments! JMO! My feeling is that the reason that the first dividend payment projected will be from the Sports Division ( as reported on a recent press release!) is because it is the easiest to audit! JMO! I mentioned that I noticed we have had at least two press releases each month during each of the last six months---the impression I got was that he was holding off from the next press release until he had the opportunity to review the business developments over the past month--he also mentioned that he had been receiving some updates regarding various projects that we have been following and would be updated via a press release in due time. I asked him about the increased issued shares--and my interpretation was that it was used for the purchase of various business opportunities! The feeling I got was that he did not expect to be increasing the issued shares any further unless more acquisitions would be made. JMO! I asked him if he saw the need to do a share consolidation or share roll-back any time in the near future? In my opinion I felt he would rather stay away from such a strategy! He asked me if I had known of any share roll-back or share consolidations that were successful! Thus my impression was that he did not view a share roll-back an option at this time! JMO! I asked him what he thought was needed to put TNRG in view of more potential investors? In my view he felt TNRG needed a stronger Public Relations presence/exposure! He also reminded me that TNRG has been trying to do an affective job in keeping it's web site updated! He did appear somewhat surprised when I told him I felt there were many unanswered questions that several thread participants had on the TNRG S.I. Thread.--Mainly my guess is that he reminded me that on the updated TNRG web site there is a Section / Tab that is headed " INFO REQUEST"--he mentioned that anyone could e-mail their questions/concerns/ comments/opinions etc., and they would be directed by the group managing the web site to Mr. Tilton and in turn they would receive a response! I detected a very strong hint /message that he considered this a very good/potential method or means by which TNRG Shareholders could express their views and ask their questions! JMO! We talked in general about a few other non-related TNRG topics--but from the general discussion, I got the sense that he is a strong negotiator and can get good value in his business dealings! I felt good about the fact he was in the office on a late Friday afternoon, and that he answered my phone call directly, without having me screened first! For me anyway, it showed strong character and an upfront management style! Was he happy about the stock's current price trading range? Of course not! Did I sense that he felt things might improve in that area in due course! My opinion is yes! But! What else would I expect him to say? ( I guess what I was hoping he would say was that with all the potential positive business developments in the works the only way is up--but HE DID NOT SAY THAT!)..... My overall feeling from the discussion? Frustrated that the price is in the .03 cent range! Yet! In my opinion enough intrigue and potential for an exciting upside --with of course a great deal of risk!---And start asking your questions via the web site and let's see how things progress! JMO! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do not make any investment decisions based on someone else's opinion, recommendation, feelings, etc., and always do what is right for you! Best Wishes To All! Wayne J.
