Process Capital Announces completion of performance test at Kingston
Pilot Plant

Toronto Ont.: Sept. 29th 1998 Process Capital Corp. ( POR-ASE)

Process Capitulate Corp. is pleased to announce that it's pilot waste oil micro-refinery near kingston, Ont. successfully completed a performance test to determine the material balance the output of the micro-refinery. JNE Consulting LTD, an industrial consulting engineering firm based in Hamilton Ont. monitored the performance test.

During the three-day continuous test period, the micro-refinery converted waste lubricating oil into diesel fuel, light fuel oil, solid coke and gas. During the test period the Micro-refinery produced an average of 85
liters of diesel fuel, 11 liters of light fuel oil, 2 liters of solid coke and the equivalent of 2 liters of processed gas for each 100 liters of used oil feedstock. This is an 18% higher diesel fuel yield than expected from the independent analyses and bench tests conducted for the company. the pilot plant is now running contiguously.

The successful performance test and the operating data gathered during the commissioning phase will allow (POR) to continue the commercialization it's patent-pending waste oil refining technology. the Company is now in a position to accelerate negotiotiation with several potential buyers for the sale and delivery of refineries in Noth America , Caribbean and Europe.
