Alex,

Well - as I am sure you are aware, this is not surprising. Let's hope for the sake of these people that these loans work .... 20 million into poverty alone, in those 2 countries is not a pleasant thought.

If capitalism is to permanently take root worldwide, we are going to have to show that it is there in the good times and bad - otherwise systems will revert back to the old ways.
