At this point, buying shares from Treasury is possible only if 1) IVI wants the cash for some reason and decides to issue x numbers of shares. That is not likely and would be very irresponsible 2) IVI has committed to issue further shares based on prior issues or what have you. I don't know if any outstanding commitment is there or not so best to ask Victor.

You will get a premium if the entire company is in play. Whether the premium is 20% or 200% depends entirely on what the buyers sees in the company and how good the seller is in negotiating.

As for how this could play out, well if we knew that we'd all be rich. In the short term, it will provide support and move up to a reasonable level. At US$ 11 the price is just about 10% higher then the 52 week high anyway. It looks very good in comparison to where it is but if you look at 52 week high price, then it is not too big a deal. But I'd be happy to see that.
