Mark, While many of us would love to get our investment back and have Ledoux be accountable for their misrepresentations, the more likely route for a monetary return is a smart forward looking business plan that is successfully implemented. While we don't have enough information as to what this big picture plan is and we don't yet have answers on the numbers, we do have the first step (the Mexico property) already in place so this clearly indicates that Naxos is serious about this more conservative route to build a more solid base on known properties with known resources.

Much needs to be done still. I would like to see Ledoux be held accountable for the misrepresentations on the SFA testing. But if I had my choice?...Instead of spending the remaining funds on a lawsuit, I would prefer it be spent (for now) on more acquired properties, good J/L results and up and running pilot plant. I'd take that hands down over the start of a lawsuit with Ledoux. (Hey, maybe we can have both!)

And if J/L comes up with zip...riinnnngggg, hello is this F. Lee Bailey speaking?

Have a great weekend.
