Tim,
From briefing.com, thought you might be interested.

08:51 ET 3Com Corp (COMS) 30 7/16: Networker receives bullish write-up in Business Week. According to Tom Galvin, a money manager at Forstmann-Leff Associates, stock worth $37-$40 based on earnings growth alone. An unnamed hedge-fund manager who has been accumulating the shares thinks either Lucent or Intel will acquire the company this year. Thinks stock worth $50 a share in a buyout. COMS shares indicated 7/16 lower this morning, due to overall market weakness. Money manager argues that Lucent needs COMS technology to "fill gap" in enterprise networking.
