CHECK THIS OUT!HOUSTON, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearWorks Technologies (OTC
Bulletin Board: CLWK) today announced that it has been selected as an
IBM Authorized Home Systems Integrator. In this capacity, ClearWorks
will provide installation, service and support for IBM's home
networking system, Home Director.

Home Director integrates common household systems including security,
lighting, heating and air conditioning, network-enabled PCs to form an
intelligent Home Network. The Home Network brings convenience,
security, energy management, and connectivity to the home -- from
turning off a light left on by the children at the other end of the
house to using information from the security system to activate a
routine that will turn off lights and adjust the thermostats to an
energy saving level. All controlled through a simple, easy-to-use
interface using the television, light switches, and other everyday
devices.

"As part of the development process for IBM, Home Director identified
the need to develop a way to deliver systems to consumers," said Mary
Walker, General Manager, IBM's Home Networking Systems. "Our
Authorized Home Systems Integrator program meets this need by
establishing a network of dependable service and support providers who
work directly with home owners in their area."

As an Authorized IBM Home Systems Integrator, ClearWorks has been
trained by IBM to provide superior installation and reliable service to
local residents throughout the US. In this capacity, ClearWorks will
work with local builders, developers and homeowners to ensure that the
IBM Home Director system installed in their home meets their specific
needs.

"Our company is excited about its relationship with IBM, and the
opportunity to deliver IBM Home Director into residential communities
across the US," stated Mr. Michael T. McClere, the company's CEO.
"IBM's technology provides homes with infrastructure which will
'future-proof' the homes. Additionally, the technology can be installed
into homes starting at the low end of the real estate market."

ClearWorks is a leading provider of information technology, offering
solutions for voice, data and video communications. ClearWorks has
established a residential services group to address technology planning
in master planned communities across the US.
