Steve. Keep right on posting the info. You are NOT doing anything wrong. It's the SI newbies that are confused. Hope you didn't get too burned by this one. FWIW, the other posters on this thread are correct, the lawsuits won't net you much in the way of proceeds. They may, however, keep the company at bay from continuing its fraudulent behavior. As I posted earlier, I still think former DIGI holders are doing better owning ALA stock. With DIGI's last quarterly report, it would have been trading at $10 or below if still independent. A net loss and negative sales growth year-over-year in industry segments growing 10%-20%+/year? Somebody's been eating DIGI's lunch.
