I agree. I think one should trade these internet stocks purely on price/momentum-- i.e. investor psychology. However eventually these stocks would collapse and when they do I doubt most people would have chance to get decent price on their holding. So given my overall bearishness for the market, I prefer to be a permabear on AMZN at this moment. I wouldn't do this early this year when nifty fifty were still rising and internet bubble was still growing. But now, I believe we have seen the top for the market back in July 20th and we have seen how these stocks could crater on panic. I feel better taking an outright bearish speculative position now.
