What do you think about the filings? Do you think that it is an important fundamental for a penny stock to have their filings with the SEC up to date? Many companies will file once or twice so they can be listed OTC and then give out excuses for not filing as long as they can while the guys behind the scheme are dumping all the shares they can. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not saying all OTC companies are scams, I'm just saying to do your diligence before you lay your money down.
