I wouldn't hammer Samatha on the info flow.

In my opinion the CEO must take certain actions to support its
shareholders. Our CEO has not. No Statements, No emails, No
positive press releases, No communications. He has not done
one positive thing for shareholder value in the last 3 months
letting our assets errode to this level.

Pre road show the dog and pony was in full swing. Contracts,
conference calls, sales relationships, number projections,
1.2 trillion Y2K problems along with euro conversions.

Why do I feel I just bought swamp land in Florida?

The fact is the money we spent to support this company today is
substantially less than what is was when most of us invested and
the stream of information about the progress of the company
has been horrible. I think I would feel a lot better about TPII
is CEO would stop hiding behind Samathas Skirt and make
a statement to shareholders. What do we need a Ken Starr
court order?
