Sue H at CNBC should have asked if CSCO had ever made any prior offers for CIEN. At least that may have cleared up one that mystery.

what kind of company lvlt is? i heard that is one of McCaw's new babies. it had no earnings at all except last qt with $3 plus earning? i do not understand this company. it had lots of debts on book, but it has $12 plus cash per share. One thing i know for sure that McCaw is a visionist. he always sees the big picture. what is lvlt's cap. value? is it big enough to swallow cien? i have more questions in mind than answers. william
