Trey

well, I don't know about that.

small case study: my folks. In the last 6 months bought: RV, Car, Home improvements and are in the process of buying a new vacation home. They are well off, not rich.

well, I realize one family does not a trend make so I still watch the technicals of the market as I believe they will signal before the talking heads and others realize what is going on.

Trey et all,

Can some one explain why anyone is buying into this market??? With all the news thats come out, especially the bail out, that almost sounds like a disaster. Am I missing some thing here?? If the hedge funds can get any where near break even, won't they unwind all their positions?? I've never been so confused about a market. Just when I think that things should tank, they go up. Does anyone have an understanding of whats going on?? I've off set my long positions with gold and short funds.

Info would be appreciated,

Thanks, Peter :o)
