Kerry, << I think it will be closer to 16-17 million shares since Series C guys can only convert maximum of 15% per month >> Is the 15% limit spelled out anywhere? I looked through the S-3/A filed 4/30/98 and did not see it, of course these things aren't the easiest things to read and I could have missed it. I did see the limitation on conversion such that they hold no more than 5% of outstanding shares, but did not see a monthly conversion limitation. If you can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thank you. Greg
