MichaelW, let me answer your question by asking one: how much is Dell expected to earn over the next four quarters? Using that number what is the forward p/e? At what rate is Dell's earnings per share expected to grow? So what is Dell's PEG.

Now the same exercise for the S&P500. So divide the PEG for Dell by the PEG for the S&P500. That gives you the CNPEG. Is it less than 1? If so, then Dell's growth is cheaper than the market growth.

Hint -- I'm very long on Dell. Not to be confused with LOD.

TTFN,
