Ken and others, not to throw a wrench in the works, but my main concern at this time is not so much the delay. My concern is what is any potential competition working on? People, there were some laws past in the state of Utah, remember!!! We are likely not the only company trying to capitalize on these laws. My question is , who else might be filing with the state for a similar disposal well? Who is gearing up to truck waste across state lines to other waste facilities? Who is drumming up business while we sit on our hands dumbfounded waiting for a rig to show? Hard questions. Are we losing an edge we once though was all ours? Who is going for the market shares. I wish there was away around this rig deal? RT
