Catlady, I think Peter V. called Datek who responded that Datek borrowed the SRCM shares from another brokerage who had called them back. Datek was sending out buy-in noticed on a senority basis (FIFO). That was the story. FWIW, My short on SRCM is still intact. I ignored it, and it worked. I'm still short ENVY and LBOR.
