I've been sitting w/ my puts since late July. Been buying more gold lately. I think you're right about the bullish% tunring and indicating a rally, but just as the bullish% was early in predicting this latest decline, it will likely be early in predicting the rally. I anticipate a real bomb in Oct (small caps won't go down as much since they near the bottom of this bear leg) and the rally that the bullish% is forcasting to take place in Nov-Dec before we start the next leg down early next year. -Lucretius
